Personalized Items: All personalized items are carefully handmade just for you! Unless we made spelling errors or sent wrong items, there are no refunds. Please review your personalized orders before submitting the order.
Non Personalized Items: If you are unhappy with your purchase on Non Personalized items, please email us within 1 weeks from the day of receiving the item. Items must be unused in the original condition in order to receive a full refund. A full refund does not include any shipping charges. Please contact us at info@chicingold.com to receive your RA (return authorization number). Finally, please ensure that you provide us the tracking number so that we can track the package.

Non Personalized Items: If you would like to exchange non personalized items, please email us within 2 weeks from the day of receiving the package. Items must be unused in the original condition in order to qualify for an exchange.
